Study Of An Investigational Cell Therapy For Generalized Myasthenia Gravis

Description

Seeking adults aged 18-70 with Myasthenia Gravis with generalized muscle weakness for a study of the safety and effectiveness of an investigational cell therapy for muscle weakness developed using the participants own white blood cells .

Overview

All participants in this study will be infused with the investigational cell therapy. There will be pretreatment with cyclophosphamide and fludarabine before the single investigational cell therapy infusion. After infusion there is a 10-14 day hospital stay and participants must be within a 60-minute drive for 14 days after hospital discharge. There will be 25 study visits in total over 3 years.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether an investigational cell therapy developed using participants own white blood cells is safe and effective for relieving muscle weakness for people with generalized Myasthenia Gravis.
