Study Of An Investigational Infusion For Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy

Description

Seeking people aged 16 to 70 with Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy and able to walk for at least 10 meters for a study of an investigational infusion.

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to get either the investigational infusion or placebo (looks like the infusion but contains no medicine). There is a continuation study where all participants who complete this study can receive the investigational drug. There will be 20 study visits over about 21 months.

What we're hoping for

We are studying if an investigational infusion is safe and effective in improving or preserving muscle strength, mobility, and function for people aged 16 to 70 with Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD)
