Study Of An Investigational Drug For Moderately To Severely Active Crohn's Disease

Description

Seeking people aged 16-80 with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease that has not responded to previous treatment for a study of an investigational drug to reduce inflammation.

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to get an infusion of either the investigational drug or a placebo (looks like the investigational drug but contains no medicine) for 10 weeks. After the study all participants will have the option to get the investigational drug for an additional 12 weeks. There are at least seven study visits that could last up to 5 hours.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether an investigational drug to prevent inflammation is safe and effective for people aged 16 to 80 whose moderately to severely active Crohn's disease has not responded to previous treatment.
