Study Of An Investigational Drug For Moderate To Severe Crohn's Disease

Description

Seeking men and women aged 18-75 with moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease (CD) that has not responded to treatment for a study of an investigational drug.

Overview

Participants in this study will have up to 15 visits over 108 weeks. The investigational drug is a once daily pill. Participants will be randomly assigned to get one of four different doses of the investigational drug or a placebo (looks like the investigational drug but contains no medicine). Participants whose CD has not responded after 12 weeks can receive a higher dose of the investigational drug.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether an investigational drug is safe and effective when given over an extended period of time for adults with moderate to severe Crohn's disease.
