Study Of An Investigational Drug For Metastatic Or Inoperable Cholangiocarcinoma

Description

Seeking adults with metastatic or Cholangiocarcinoma that can't be removed through surgery and hasn't responded to therapy for a study of an investigational drug for bile duct cancer.

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to get either the investigational drug taken as a daily pill or the chemotherapy requested by their doctor as an infusion every 14 days. There will be an 8-hour screening visit followed by 6-hour study visits.

What we're hoping for

We are studying the safety and how well an investigational drug that has not been approved by the FDA works for Cholangiocarcinoma, bile duct cancer.
