Collection Of Blood, Urine, Saliva And Skin Tissue To Better Understand Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Description

Seeking people diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Long COVID, Chronic Lyme, Fibromyalgia, Gulf-War Illness, Hypermobile EDS or Hypermobility Syndrome, Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS),or Orthostatic Intolerance for a study collecting blood, urine, saliva and skin tissue.

Overview

Adult participants in this study will have 3 visits over the period of two years for blood, saliva, and/or urine samples. If you agree to a skin biopsy, there may be an additional visit. Adolescent participants will have 2 visits over the period of a year for blood, saliva, and/or urine samples. If you agree to a skin biopsy, there may be an additional visit.

What we're hoping for

To study chronic illnesses, both healthy individuals and people with chronic fatigue syndrome, Long COVID, POTS, Chronic Lyme, Fibromyalgia, or Gulf-War Illness will be recruited to answer questionnaires and provide blood, saliva, and urine samples.
