Study Of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction For Treatment Of Chronic Low Back Pain

Description

Seeking adults who have had low back pain for at least 3 months for a study of whether things such as activity levels, sleep, heart rate, or emotions impact how their pain responds to mindfulness treatment.

Overview

Participants in this study will meet for an 8-week group pain management program via Zoom and will be asked to complete surveys at 4 different times over the study.

We are studying whether things such as activity levels, sleep, heart rate, or emotions impact treatment for chronic low back pain by a mindfulness-based stress reduction program.
