Seeking adults with heart failure with mildly reduced or preserved ejection fraction for a study of a surgically implanted investigational device.

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to get the investigational device or not. All participants will have surgery whether they get the investigational device or not. There will be at least two study visits before the surgery and then 9 study visits over 5 years following surgery.
