Study Of An Investigational Drug For Nonrelapsing Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis

Description

Seeking men and women aged 18-60 years old with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (MS) with no relapses (nrSPMS) for a study of an investigational drug

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to get either the investigational drug or a placebo (looks like the investigational drug but contains no medicine) as an infusion every 4 week for 4 years. If participant's multiple sclerosis gets worse, participants will have the choice to either get the investigational drug or take another treatment for secondary progressive multiple sclerosis with no relapses (nrSPMS)

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether an investigational drug is safe and effective for delaying disability progression in secondary progressive multiple sclerosis with no relapses (nrSPMS)
