A Study That Compares A Combination Of Drugs For The Treatment Of Patients With High Risk Rhabdomyosarcoma (Rms)

Description

Seeking men, women, and children to participate in a trial looking at a combination of drugs for use in treating a type of cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS).

Overview

Researchers also want to find out if we can improve the outcome for subjects with high risk RMS by extending the traditional treatment to include a treatment phase called maintenance therapy. All participants will receive maintenance therapy. During maintenance therapy they will receive a combination of study drugs.

What we're hoping for

To find out if the study drugs can be given safely in combination with existing therapy. We are also seeking to understand the effects, good and/or bad, that these drugs have on people with high risk RMS
