Study Of An Investigational Drug For Adults With A Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infection

Description

Seeking men and women with an Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Infection and who are at risk of progression to severe illness for a study of an investigational drug

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly selected to receive either the investigational drug or a placebo (looks like the drug but contains no medicine). Participants will need to take the tablets twice a day for up to 5 days. There will be up to 5 study visits over one month

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether an investigational drug is safe and effective in preventing severe illness in adults with a Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection.
