Seeking people aged 12 and older whose previous treatment has failed for a study of an investigational drug for locally advanced or metastatic cancer of the bladder, urinary tract, and other solid tumors

Overview

The purpose of this Study is to find out if an investigational drug called TYRA-300 is safe and effective at treating cancer in participants with locally advanced/metastatic urothelial cancer and other solid tumors.

What we're hoping for

We are evaluating the best and safest amount of an investigational drug for locally advanced or metastatic cancer of the bladder, urinary tract and other solid tumors to give and assess how the medicine moves and works through your body.
