Study Of An Investigational Drug To Prevent Neuropathy For People Getting Chemotherapy

Description

Seeking men and women getting chemotherapy with Carboplatin and Paclitaxel for a study of an investigational drug to prevent neuropathy.

Overview

Participants in this study will either get a lotion that contains the investigational drug or a placebo (looks like the investigational drug but contains no medicine). Participants will spread the lotion on their feet, lower legs, and hands daily for up to 24 weeks.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether an investigational drug spread on feet, lower legs and hands on people getting chemotherapy with Carboplatin and Paclitaxel prevents them from developing neuropathy.
