Description
Seeking men and women with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a RET gene mutation for a study of adding the study drug selpercatinib to chemotherapy compared to the usual treatment.
Overview
Participants in this study will either get the usual chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed) or the study drug (selpercatinib) with the usual chemotherapy.
What we're hoping for
We are studying whether adding a study drug (selpercatinib) to the usual chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a RET gene mutation reducing the chance of the cancer growing or spreading.
