Study Of An Investigational Drug For Becker Muscular Dystrophy

Description

Seeking boys and men aged 12-50 with Becker Muscular Dystrophy for a study of the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug to prevent muscle weakness.

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to get either the investigational drug or a placebo (looks like the drug but contains no medicine). There will be at least 10 study visits and up to 5 phone visits over the 14-month long study.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether the investigational drug is safe and effective compared to placebo (looks like the drug but contains no medicine) to prevent muscle weakness in men and boys with Becker Muscular Dystrophy
