Study Of An Investigational Therapy Combination For Recurrent Glioblastoma

Description

Seeking men and women aged 18 and older whose glioblastoma (brain cancer) has come back after receiving treatment, to take part in an investigational therapy combination.

Overview

Participants in this study will receive either one investigational immunotherapy drug alone or a combination of two investigational immunotherapy drugs in addition to the usual radiation therapy. Office visits will be every 2 weeks for the first month and then monthly.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether adding immunotherapy to the usual radiation therapy for Glioblastoma that has returned following treatment is safe and what dose might be effective in shrinking or stabilizing brain cancer.
