Study Of An Experimental Treatment Regimen For Newly Diagnosed Diffuse Anaplastic Wilms Tumor

Description

Seeking people aged 30 and younger newly diagnosed with diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumor, a type of cancer that occurs in the kidney, for a study of experimental treatment regimen because no standard treatment regimen currently exists.

Overview

Participants in this study will be treated with 2 cycles (21-day cycle) of the experimental chemotherapy and radiation therapy regimen. Depending on tumor response and side effects participants might be able to receive up to 12 more cycles of the experimental treatment.

What we're hoping for

We are studying an experimental treatment regimen for diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumor, a type of cancer that occurs in the kidney, because no standard treatment regimen currently exists.
