Study Of An Investigational Drug For Cystic Fibrosis

Seeking people aged 12 and older with stable cystic fibrosis disease for a study of an investigational drug combination to improve pulmonary function and other symptoms.

Participants in this study will take the investigational drug combination for 4 weeks and then be randomly assigned to one of two investigational drug combinations with placebos (look likes the drug but contains no medicine) for 48 weeks. Participants will continue to take any medicines that their provider had prescribed for cystic fibrosis while on this study.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether the investigational drug either alone or in combination with other drugs can further restore the function of the abnormal protein causing Cystic Fibrosis disease.
