A Study Of Patients With Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease

Description

Seeking adult men and women with chronic graft versus host disease for a study of Axatilimab at 3 different doses.

Overview

The purpose of this study is to compare how well axatilimab helps chronic graft versus host disease at different dose levels and to find out whether there are side effects from its use. Subjects will come in for infusions of the study drug on a varying calendar depending on their study assignment.

What we're hoping for

To determine how safe, effective, and well tolerated axatilimab may be in the treatment of chronic graft versus host disease compared to the usual treatment.
