Description
Seeking men and women 18 years of age and older who have had an acute ischemic stroke within the past 12 hours for participation in a study of an investigational drug to help determine if an investigational drug can help prevent damage to brain cells.
Overview
We are studying the safety and efficacy of an investigational drug called Nerinetide in participants who have has an acute ischemic stroke, in addition to the normal standard of care treatments.
What we're hoping for
Evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational drug called Nerinetide in participants who acute ischemic stroke and to determine if this drug can help in preventing damage to brain cells during a stroke.
