Description

Seeking men and women 18 years of age or older for study of a investigational device as an alternative to the current standard of care for atrial fibrillation (AFib).

Overview

This study will compare an investigational device to a category blood-thinners. The study will research the safety and effectiveness of the device compared to treatment with these blood-thinners to determine if it works for participants with a specific type of atrial fibrillation who require treatment for potential blood clot formation in a specific area of the heart.

What we're hoping for

To evaluate whether this device is a reasonable alternative to the current standard of care in patients with a specific type of atrial fibrillation.
