Rectal Cancer Surgery Research

Description

Seeking adults with rectal cancer requiring surgery for a study comparing an investigational surgery to the standard surgery technique

Overview

We will compare how effective an investigational surgery is to the standard surgery method to remove a rectal cancer tumor with fewer and smaller incisions

What we're hoping for

We hope that the investigational surgery method will require fewer incisions to reduce the amount of pain following the rectal cancer surgery and reduce the risk of developing a hernia from a large incision
