Study Of An Investigational Drug To Reduce Bleeding During Mohs Surgery

Description

Seeking men and women who take blood thinning medication and who will have Mohs surgery to remove skin cancer cells for a study of an investigational drug to reduce bleeding during surgery.

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly chosen to get either the usual local anesthetic or a combination of the local anesthetic and the investigational drug.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether adding an investigational drug to the local anesthetic before surgery reduces bleeding compared to the usual local anesthetic alone.
