Description
Seeking young men aged 12 and older living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) who are not able to walk and have been on a stable dose of corticosteroids for at least 6 months for a study of an investigational drug.
Overview
We are studying the comparing whether adding an investigational drug is better than a placebo (looks like the drug but has no medicine) in maintianing when added to systemic corticosteroid treatment
What we're hoping for
evaluate the efficacy and safety of pamrevlumab versus placebo in combination with systemic corticosteroids in subjects with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (non-ambulatory, age 12 years and older).
