Experimental Intervention For Veterans With Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Seeking veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or PTSD symptoms for a study of an intervention to see if observing and caring for injured or orphaned wildlife at a wildlife rehabilitation center helps to reduce PTSD symptoms.

Overview

Participants in this study will join a group of about 10 veterans to participate in activities that include observing and helping to feed injured and/or orphaned wildlife at a wildlife rehabilitation center.

What we're hoping for

We hope the experimental intervention of observing and caring for wildlife at a wildlife rehabilitation center provides relief for veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or who have PTSD symptoms.
